About:
1. I will debug the issue related to the magneto-varnish configuration.2. I will also configure varnish for magneto to enable varnish cache. so, it will handle more live traffic and decrease the load on the web server.
3. Also, I will configure Nginx+varnish for magento so it will give you better output on live environment.
Once, The configuration done from my site you will definitely see the performance difference.
