If you always need to add or remove rows or columns in the MS Excel file you receive from your coworker or a platform so you can start to do your job with it, or you just always perform simple tasks as always adding a new sheet with and then performing the same formulae on it I can automate this task for you with a simple Python script, you´ll only have to run it once and it will do it for you.
As an extra, if you don´t have Python installed on your PC I'll install it, and set it up so you can run it.
