What will be included in the service as deliverables?
There will be slightly different deliverables depending on the package level.
Basic:
- I will set up the services as described and provide you with a brief handover document and links to vendor training / instructions.
Swift Start
- As per Basic, but I will provide fuller quick start information and take you through the main features on an hour long Teams call.
Flying Start
- As with the Swift Start Service, but a whole day is provided for training and configuration of the services. This is provided over Teams and could be used for aspects such as call routing, or setting up groups etc in Microsoft 365.
